You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless discussed before and provide all image credits to me.

▸ Displaying my work on external sites is allowed as long as it’s visibly credited to me.
▸ Do not claim my work as your own, including uploading it on gallery that intended to display your own work only.

▸ Physical reproduction of the artwork is allowed as long as it’s for personal use, please do tell me first about this usage.
▸ Please understand that prices that listed is for NON-COMMERCIAL USE. When the order finished and you have change of mind, you can still ask me if you can use it for commercial use (Youtube, stream, thumbnail, etc.) additional fee will be added.
▸ Using the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) are strictly prohibited unless discussed before.
▸ You are NOT authorized to change, modify or trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”ARTIST

▸ I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the commission.

▸ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process. Any statement after I finished the order will not be accepted.
▸ The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs and result on social media. However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
▸ You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own work. You only pay to refrain me from showcasing your commission on my SNS.

▸ Design that I consider as detailed will added extra fee and will be stated before the transaction
▸ If I feel incapable of drawing some parts of your commission, I will try to discuss it with you and suggest alternatives.
▸ Background, decorations, or objects will be charged more based on how many/complicated it is. I do not recommend requesting complicated background and perspective as I am inexperienced.
▸ I will only put you on the list after min 50% of total price is paid
▸ You will be expected to give me certainty about whether you would like to ask for slot or cancel your plan on placing an order.
▸ I do not do character or outfit design. Please provide sufficient references to draw your character(s), including their outfits, hairstyle, etc. Images references are preferred.
▸ If you want to order with a base or OC, make sure you have their permission. I am not responsible for any violation of copyright.
▸ Canceling an order halfway is not allowed. Only order when you’re ready.

REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK
▸ I will send a WIP image after 100% of the payment is completed.
▸ Up to 2 major revisions can be made during the sketch stage.
▸ You are expected to provide feedback/approval to continue each time I send a WIP.
▸ After the order is completed, minor changes are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults.
▸ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

WORK SPEED / DEADLINES
▸ For deadlines, please order min 3 week before the due date.
▸ You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.
▸ Rush fee will be added if you have deadline lower than 3 weeksWORKFLOW
▸ Please state your type of commission and ask for my availability through DM.
▸ Give your clear references of your character, pose/background request, etc.
▸ I will tell you whether I accept or decline your commission as well as if there's any extra fee.
▸ If accepted, please send your PayPal email.
▸ As for local order, I will send you the invoice via DM and you are expected to pay it manually.
▸ Please wait until I update you the sketch.
▸ You are expected to pay the remaining payment first before I send you the WIP preview.
▸ I will not accept any major revision such as change of design/pose/character/composition beyond this stage unless it was my faults, so make sure you're happy with the provided sketch before moving to the next step.
▸ I will update you with the lineart and base color preview.
▸ If approved, I will working on it until it finished.
▸ Once finished, I will send you the preview via DM. If you have no revision, I will prepare to send it. Make sure to update me your email.
▸ I will send the final products to your email. No revision will be accepted beyond this stage unless I made mistake on the last stage of your commission.FINAL PRODUCT
▸ What will you get : PNG file with watermark, without watermark and without background (minimum width 1200px, 350 dpi)
▸ There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.
▸ You are responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━PAYMENT▸ I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.
▸ I will only accept USD via Paypal and USD/SGD via WISE as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
▸ I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
▸ I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts
▸ If payment is not made in a timely manner (24h) after I've placed the Invoice, the slot will be canceled and you have to re-order.

▸ Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
▸ Nothing is ever intended by either me or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.REFUNDS

▸ Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.
▸ If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.
▸ You’ll get 100% refunds of your money if I’m the one who cancel the orderCHARGEBACK
▸ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
▸ If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
▸ You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
▸ Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
